What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your environment stays active. Upgrade to Team at €199 per month, Business at €499 per month, or MSP from €1,499 per month to keep certificates running with full deployment coverage. Trial data is kept.

What counts as a managed certificate?
Any certificate Automate Certificates issues via ACME v2, renews on schedule, or deploys to a linked target. Discovery-only entries in your inventory are tracked separately.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move between Team, Business, and MSP at any point through spot-suite.com. Downgrading removes access to higher-tier features, but your existing certificates and audit history remain.

How does MSP pricing work?
MSP starts from €1,499 per month for customer-tenant certificate and deployment workflows, per-customer reporting, and white-label notification templates. Every plan starts self-serve with the 30-day trial; book a demo for exact MSP pricing on your deployment.

What happens when we hit the included usage?
Usage is soft-capped. You get an alert at 80% of any allowance, and renewals are never blocked mid-month. If your estate runs over its allowance two months in a row, we move you to the next plan at the following billing cycle — no per-unit overage fees.
